In the glass it fascinates us with its intense ruby red color and with its slight garnet reflections on the rim of the glass. These rich chromatic nuances invite us to bring our noses closer to the glass to discover what scents this nectar has in store for us. Aromas and perfumes that are articulated by a pleasant floral hint of violet, and then enriched by red fruit, black cherry and cherry mainly in jam but still intact. Still turning the glass and following the ritual of tasting, we are inebriated by notes of vanilla and sweet tobacco and, at times, black pepper and do not belie the typical complexity of the vine.
