150 companies, 400 among journalists, bloggers and influencers from all over the world. A turnout of sector operators that has exceeded the most optimistic expectations and that has filled the Cavaniglia pavilion of the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, for the first time entirely occupied by the initiative after the success of the 2018 edition.

Numbers that grow from edition to edition: in addition to the accredited print increase, companies that have decided to participate have also increased: from the approximately 100 companies of last year, we have gone to as many as 150 companies in the territory. Added to these is the Morellino di Scansano Protection Consortium , which since last year has organized its own preview on the occasion of Chianti Lovers.

Many wines are the protagonists of the companies of the Consortium and the Subzone Consortia: Rufina, Colli Fiorentini, Colli Senesi, Colli Aretini, Montalbano, Colline Pisane, Montespertoli , as well as the labels of twenty-five Maremma wineries for Morellino di Scansano .

Particular attention was paid to foreign buyers from all over the world who took part in the Buy Wine organized by the Tuscany Region and Promofirenze. For them a private appointment was organized this morning, a seminar followed by a tasting, with the aim of improving the knowledge of the historical, productive aspects and all the peculiarities of the DOCG Chianti Wine Denomination.
