Tastings in the Mannucci Droandi cellar are an opportunity to get to know the wines and the territory of the Chianti Colli Aretini and upper Valdarno hills. The company has been run since 2000 with the organic farming method, The main grape variety is Sangiovese and in line with the decision to safeguard biodiversity, the company collaborates with the Research Unit for viticulture of Arezzo thanks to the creation of a experimental vineyard in which old vines once widespread in the area and now at risk of extinction have been planted.
Microvinifications were made with the grapes of those old varieties which offered promising indications, therefore some vines such as Foglia Tonda, Barsaglina and Pugnitello were planted in the vineyards to enrich the blend and also vinified alone.
In the tasting you can choose among the wines produced by the company; Rossinello Toscana Sangiovese Rosato i.g.t., Campigliole Toscana IGT Bianco from Trebbiano and Malvasia, Chianti Colli Aretini, Ceppeto Chianti Classico, Ceppeto Chianti Classico Riserva and Campolucci Toscana IGT from Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah and finally the Vinsanto del Chianti Classico .

Tastings can be held in the aging cellar or outdoors in the summer.
The tasting is also an opportunity for a visit to the company and a walk in the vineyards to get to know the vineyard, a collection of 40 ancient Tuscan varieties, most of which are at risk of extinction.
